Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to all residents of Australia with no age restrictions, except for employees of Football Kits Oasis®️.
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary to participate.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter is not responsible for entries that are not received due to any reason beyond its control.
Competition rules and entry details will be outlined in the giveaway announcement.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition and these terms without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil or military unrest, or legal or regulatory changes. Any updates will be communicated as soon as possible.
The promoter is not liable for inaccurate prize details provided by any third party associated with the giveaway.

The prize is as stated and is not exchangeable for cash or other alternatives. Prizes are non-transferable. In case of unavailability, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
The winner will be selected at random using MiniWebTool Random Picker from all valid entries received.
The winner will be notified via email, Instagram direct message, or letter within 28 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
The promoter will inform the winner of the prize collection or delivery details.
The promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the competition are final and not subject to dispute.

This competition and its terms and conditions are governed by Australian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
By entering, the winner agrees to their name and image being used in promotional materials. Any personal data collected will be used in accordance with Australian data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date upon request via email at sales@footballkitsoasis.com.au.
